The seat drop is a great trick for kids as it comes fairly natural to them. Jump a few times and then pick up your feet and land with your rear where your feet just were. As you bounce up, push down with your hands and then land on your feet.
Knee Drop
-
The knee drop is another natural move for kids. Jump a few times and then land on your knees. You'll need to keep your back straight and shoulders back, with your hips right above your knees when you land. Your feet should be pointed. On the bounce back up, straighten your legs to land standing up.
Hands and Knees Drop
-
The hands and knees drop is quite easy too. Jump a few times and then land with equal weight on your hands and knees. The toes should be pointed, and the back should be parallel to the trampoline. Bounce back up to standing.
Back Drop
-
To do the back drop, you simply fall backwards and land on your back. You can also do this by jumping and then landing on your back. Be careful not to land on your rear end, but rather with your entire body as equally as possible. This is another move that typically comes naturally to kids.

Flip
-
To flip, jump into the air and do a forward somersault. Land on your feet or on your back. Do your best to avoid landing on your rear end, unless you manage to do a seat drop. This move is a little more advanced for kids, but older ones probably won't have much trouble. Supervise younger kids until they master this trick.
Straddle Jump
-
For a straddle, jump and stick your legs out to each side of your body while trying to touch your toes. Do this quickly because you want to land on your feet. Given the flexibility kids are born with, they usually have no trouble with this trick.
Pike Jump
-
Create a pike with your legs out in front of you while trying to touch your toes. As with the straddle jump, you'll want to do this quickly so you can land on your feet. This trick will also be great fun for flexible kids.
